MORIMOTO BORDEAUX

Celebrated Japanese Master Chef Masaharu Morimoto debuts his first European restaurant, Morimoto Bordeaux, blending Asian culinary artistry with Western flavors to deliver a vibrant selection of dishes.   

Introducing local French ingredients to some of Chef Morimoto’s favorite recipes for an eclectic take on Japanese fare, the Cuisine will be complemented by an exclusive menu of wines and sakes which can be enjoyed al fresco on the 180 m2 patio, in the restaurant or around our gorgeous sushi counter facing the open kitchen. Live music from beloved local musicians and acclaimed DJs will create an atmosphere that carries guests from day into evening.
