The Botanist Martini Flight

Mondrian Singapore is partnering up with The Botanist Islay Dry Gin to take our guests on a sublime journey of harmonious botanicals. 

Every Friday from now till the end of September, Bottega di Carna will be serving The Botanist Martini Flight: a $36++ flight of three delicious ice-cold servings of the martini, ‘as you like it’—the 50/50 Martini, Dry martini, and Composition, a Mondrian Singapore-inspired concoction.

4 Hands Dinner with Chef Choi Hyun-Seok and Chef Kenny Huang

A TV personality in his native South Korea known for his bold and imaginative take on fine dining, Chef Choi and Chef Kenny Huang of Bottega di Carna have created a 6-course explosive menu of Korean and Italian flavours, with dishes including Chef Choi’s Ganjang Gyejang (raw marinated crab) and Samgyetang, his take on the traditional ginseng chicken soup. 

6-course menu starts at $250 with optional wine pairing.
