Annual Membership Fee - AED 12,000

AED 12,000 membership fee is inclusive of AED 2,000 joining fee and AED 10,000 credited to your Smoke & Mirrors membership card and fully redeemable on F&B. 

Membership Benefits:

  • 15% discount on tobacco (excluding Shisha).
  • First invite to Events.
  • 50% off food and beverages on your birthday at select outlets (Includes up to 6 guests). 
  • 20% discount in Hotel restaurants and bars.
  • 15% discount on treatments over 60mins (for one guest).
  • 10% discount on hotel accommodations from the best available rate.
  • Use of the venue from 3pm, with complimentary coffee and tea until 5pm.
  • *Personalized humidor and Membership Access Card

 

All prices are inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Municipality Fee and 5% VAT. 100% pre-payment required, unless otherwise agreed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Membership is valid for One (1) year.
  2. To be eligible for the membership, you must be at least 21 years of age.
  3. A member is entitled for a discount for up to 3 guests when dining. (Total party of 4 including the member).
  4. Blackout dates not available for discount across the hotel. (24th ,25th, 31st December 2023 and 1st January 2024).
  5. Discount cannot be combined with any other offer or activation.
  6. Discount does not apply for special events offers.
  7. Tobacco discount applies only to a single piece of tobacco with a limitation of 2 per guest per visit.
  8. The venue reserves the right to deny admission to guests during private events.
  9. Bookings must be done via phone or email.
  10. Membership is not refundable and non-transferable.
  11. Members acknowledge that Smoke and Mirrors will be open to other registered and paying guests and residents of the hotel.
  12. Adhere to the dress-code. No shorts or flip flops.
  13. Members are help responsible for the actions of their guests.
  14. This agreement and all the clauses attached hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.

Membership Cancelation:

A. The management reserves the right to cancel or terminate a membership or refuse to renew the membership of any member whose conduct, or whose guest’s conduct, is or may, in the management’s sole discretion, be;

  • Damaging to the character or interests of Smoke & Mirrors, other outlets, or the Hotel.
  • Offensive to other members.
  • In breach of these terms and conditions; or
  • In breach of any local custom or law.

 

B. Any member so expelled, or in respect of whom membership has been terminated, shall forfeit all membership privileges and shall not be entitled to any refund for the period in respect of which the membership has been terminated.

 

Limitation Of Liability:

A. SLS Hotel and Residences does not accept responsibility for any loss, theft of damage caused to any belongings brought into the Venue.

B. The Hotel shall not be liable in any circumstances for any injury or loss sustained by members, guests of members, or their personal belongings.
