A 19th-century landmark originally home to the cellars of the prestigious Maison Calvet is a fitting destination for Mondrian Bordeaux Les Carmes. Once again devoted to pursuits of beauty and excellence, this emblematic building has been reimagined by Philippe Starck to create a new expression of Bordeaux influenced by a reverence for Eastern and Western traditions. Guests will be welcomed to Chartrons, a picturesque area rich in the heritage of wine merchants, with all the hallmarks of the Mondrian experience: imaginative dining, immersive wellness, and inspiration at every turn.

Celebrated Japanese Master Chef Masaharu Morimoto debuts his first restaurant in Europe, Morimoto Bordeaux, which blends Asian culinary artistry with Western flavors to deliver a vibrant selection of dishes.    

Morimoto Bordeaux will offer an eclectic take on some of Chef’s favorite recipes combined with local French ingredients, complemented by an expansive wine and sake list which can be enjoyed on a lush patio.

Mondrian Bordeaux Les Carmes features two Philippe Starck designed meeting rooms offering a combined 110 m² of meeting space and state-of-the art technology.
