  • This program is brought to you by Chase Sapphire through an agreement with Delano, Hyde, Mondrian, Morgans Originals and SLS.

  • The Delano, Hyde, Mondrian, Morgans Originals and SLS hotels program benefits and Guest Privileges are available exclusively to Chase Sapphire cardmembers. Certain blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Reservations include estimated room and applicable hotel taxes at the time of reservation and may vary at the time of stay. Any additional hotel charges, such as resort fees, and any charges for incidentals that you incur are not included in your reservation rate or 4th Night Free award and must be paid directly to the hotel. Incidental charges may include but are not limited to parking fees, babysitting, room service, telephone fees, in-room movies, minibar charges, and gratuities.   • Eligibility requirements: (1) Benefits shall be valid for new reservations made directly through the dedicated Delano/Hyde/Mondrian/Morgans Originals/SLS Chase booking channel. (2) Chase Sapphire and JP Morgan cardmembers must (a) use their Chase Sapphire or JP Morgan credit card to make the reservation, (b) present the card at the time of check-in and (c) use their Chase Sapphire or JP Morgan credit card to settle the bill at check-out in order to receive Benefits. (3) Benefits cannot be redeemed for cash. (4) Benefits expire upon checkout. In the event a Chase Sapphire or JP Morgan cardmember cancels the reservation or changes the credit card on file, benefits will no longer apply to any of the remaining reservations reserved under the eligible cardmember's name. In the event the eligible cardmembers does not pay with a Chase Sapphire or JP Morgan credit card, the current value of any benefits received for every room in the reservation, including but not limited to 4th night free, room upgrades, late check-out, free Wi-Fi, free Continental Breakfast a hotel dining credit, welcome beverages, a VIP guest amenity, and priority access to cabana reservations and beach chairs, will be added to the final bill at check-out. Hotel nightly rates vary by property, dates, room category and occupancy. Participating hotels are subject to change.

  • All exclusive amenities and Guest Privileges are provided per room and may be subject to availability at check-in. Amenities may not be combined with other offers. Certain blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.

  • Reservations are subject to the rules of each property on your itinerary; Check the terms carefully before making a hotel reservation for cancellation or change terms and fees. If permitted, cancellations or modifications received at any time may be subject to fees.

  • Rates are flexible, allowing you to cancel without a fee as outlined per participating property below:
     

SLS Baha Mar     Reservations must be cancelled by 12PM hotel time 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night plus taxes and fees. One night credit card deposit required at time of booking.
Mondrian Doha     Reservations must be cancelled by 6PM hotel time 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night plus taxes and fees.
Delano Las Vegas     Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night plus taxes and fees.
Sanderson     Reservations must be cancelled by 6PM hotel time 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night plus taxes and fees.
St Martins Lane    Reservations must be cancelled by 6PM hotel time 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night plus taxes and fees.
Mondrian Los Angeles     Reservations must be cancelled by 6PM hotel time 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night plus taxes and fees.
Hyde Midtown Miami     Reservations must be cancelled by 6PM hotel time 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night plus taxes and fees.
Mondrian South Beach    Reservations must be cancelled by 12PM hotel time 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night plus taxes and fees. One night credit card deposit required at time of booking.
SLS LUX Brickell     Reservations must be cancelled by 6PM hotel time 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night plus taxes and fees.
SLS South Beach     Reservations must be cancelled by 4PM hotel time 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night plus taxes and fees.
SLS Cancun Reservations must be cancelled by 12PM hotel time 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night plus taxes and fees.
SLS Puerto Madero Reservations must be cancelled by 4PM hotel time 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night plus taxes and fees.
Hyde Hotel Dubai Reservations must be cancelled by 6PM hotel time on the day of arrival to avoid a charge of one night plus taxes and fees.
SLS Dubai Reservations must be cancelled by 6PM hotel time on the day of arrival to avoid a charge of one night plus taxes and fees.
Mondrian Shoreditch Reservations must be cancelled by 4PM hotel time 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night plus taxes and fees.
Mondrian Seoul Itaewon Reservations must be cancelled by 6PM hotel time on the day of arrival to avoid a charge of one night plus taxes and fees.
Mondrian Park Ave     Reservations must be cancelled by 3PM hotel time 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night plus taxes and fees.

 

  • Bookings are limited to no more than four (4) rooms at the same hotel during the same dates, even if all the dates are not identical. If the hotel determines that you have booked reservations for more than four (4) rooms in separate reservations through the program, all reservations are subject to cancellation and will incur applicable cancellation fees.
  • Reservations cannot be transferred or reassigned to another traveler and cannot be re-sold. If the hotel determines that the reservation has been transferred or re-sold, the reservation is subject to cancellation and will incur applicable cancellation charges.
  • No shows are non-refundable and will result in a forfeiture of all payments made by you in connection with the reservation, without credit due. If you think you may arrive at a hotel late, please contact the hotel directly to arrange for late arrival, if available. Actual times for “late” vary by hotel.
  • Early check-out from a hotel is not subject to a refund.
  • Government issued photo identification and the corresponding Chase Sapphire or JP Morgan Credit Card is required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation. Some properties have a minimum age requirement for check-in.
  • Policies for children vary by hotel. Please contact the hotel directly to learn whether child benefits are offered and whether there are child restrictions.
  • Reservations include estimated room and applicable hotel taxes at the time of reservation and may vary at the time of stay. Any additional hotel charges, such as resort fees, and any charges for incidentals that you incur are not included in your reservation rate or 4th Night Free award and must be paid directly to the hotel. Incidental charges may include but are not limited to parking fees, babysitting, room service, telephone fees, in-room movies, mini-bar charges, and gratuities.
  • Reservations do not include services not specified in the travel itinerary.
  • A reasonable attempt will be made to notify guests of hotel renovation or refurbishment; however, supplier shall not be liable for any failure to provide such notification or for damages that may result from renovation or refurbishment.
  • The following complimentary services available to the Chase Sapphire or JP Morgan cardmember during their stay include:
    • Complimentary one level room upgrade for duration of stay, if available. This benefit's availability will be determined at the time of check-in;
      • Room upgrade is not available for Chase Sapphire or JP Morgan cardmembers who book the top tier room;
      • Room upgrade is available for every room made in a reservation, limit of four (4) rooms;
      • Back to back stays within a twenty-four (24) hour period at the same property are considered one stay.
    • $30.00 in Hotel Credit per room towards eligible food and beverage;
      • Each reserved room will receive a credit on their account upon checkout equal to $1 for each eligible dollar spent, up to $30, which will be based upon qualifying charges made at the hotel's Food and Beverage Outlets by the Eligible Cardmember, excluding taxes, gratuities, fees and cost of room(s);
      • Any food or beverage consumption within the applicable hotel is eligible, including the mini bar.
      • Food and Beverage credit cannot be carried over to another stay, is not redeemable for cash, and expires upon checkout;
      • Credit is non-exchangeable and non-refundable and will be applied in USD or equivalent local currency, subject to the exchange rate on the day of arrival;
      • May not be combined with any other offers or programs unless otherwise indicated. Limit one credit per room, per stay.
      • Currently the Hyde Midtown Miami (FL) is not offering a Hotel Credit.
    • Complimentary WiFi access for an unlimited number of devices. In the case where a property includes the cost of WiFi as a mandatory resort fee, the customer will receive a daily credit from the Property in the standard amount the property charges for WiFi and reflected on the customers' final statement upon check-out.
    • For every four consecutive nights booked at participating properties the fourth night is free and the room charge will be credited to the account at checkout. All booked nights for the entire stay must be exclusive of any blackout dates.
    • Daily continental breakfast for two people per room.
      • In the event the participating hotel does not offer continental breakfast at the property, Delano/Hyde/Mondrian/Morgans Originals/SLS shall provide a substitute benefit of one complimentary drink per person (limit 2 per room) per day at the participating hotel's lounge or bar. Currently Hyde Midtown Miami (FL) does not offer breakfast. This list may be updated, upon notice to Chase, at Delano/Hyde/Mondrian/Morgans Originals/SLS's discretion.
    • Late check-out will be offered to Chase Sapphire or JP Morgan cardmembers when available. Availability is at the participating hotel's sole discretion and based upon whether the room will be needed for an incoming guest.
    • The following welcome amenities will be offered to Chase Sapphire or JP Morgan cardmembers when available. 
      • Welcome Drink Beverages (CBD, Energy Drinks, Rose/Spirits)(1 per guest)
      • VIP Guest Amenity (1 per guest)
    • Priority access to cabana reservations or beach chairs based on availability. 
  • Eligible cardmembers must book by 12/31/2024 and stay by 12/31/2025 to receive this benefit.
